Digitales: Cyber-Diplomatie

Foreign policy does not exist only in the analog domain. The digital space needs its own international agreements and regulations. Dr. Annegret Bendiek, deputy head of the EU/Europe research group at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (German Institute for International and Security Affairs), explains how this cyber diplomacy works, why it is necessary, and under which area of responsibility it falls.
